Beloved Havanese Website - Puppy Application

Our Goal at Beloved Havanese is to provide "Special Puppies To Special People". We sometimes prefer to place our puppies in homes where there has been a recent pet loss, a special needs child, a traumatized person, a disabled person or a lonely person. We feel the Havanese fill their highest calling in these situations. We know they can help facilitate emotional healing and stability.

We do of course, place our puppies in homes that are not classified as "Special Needs" when we consider the home and the pup to be a good match. If you do not fall into one of our "Special Needs" Categories but feel you have an unusual situation or need for a Havanese, please fill out our application and write "special situation details" in the "additional information" area of the form. Thank you for your time in filling out this E-Application and returning it to us, as it is very important to us that the pup get the right family and that the family get the right pup.

BELOVED HAVANESE PUPPY APPLICATION

We do not sell with full breeding rights, period.
All pups are sold on spay/neuter agreements.

Neutering males by five and one half months provides the sweetest of all possible pets. Neutering prior to five and one half months preserves the puppy personality for an extended period of time, providing a more playful and obedient pet. It also prevents the puppy from learning to lift his leg and spray household furnishings. When neutered in this way, males are as great a pet as females. When this is not done early (prior to 6 months) the male may lift his leg and spray furniture all his life. All companion pups are neutered by 6 months.

If you obtained an animal from Beloved would you return it to us if, for any reason you were unable to keep it? Do you understand that if you purchase a Beloved animal, you must return it to seller if at any time it must be outside your care for more than 30 days?

Are you working as an agent to provide this animal to any other person, group, organization, business, firm or company?

Do you understand that our contract requires you return the animal to us if, for any reason you cannot keep the animal?

Do you also understand that we will always accept one of our animals back, even if it has been exposed to adverse treatment/care, though we may not refund?

All pups are placed based upon application. All pups are sold on spay/neuter contracts. We breed three colors only: White, Cream with Blonde Ears, and White Partis (White dogs with 2-3 Black Spots), however we do have Tri & Solid Black pups, occasionally. Males are $1200-1400. Females are $1400- 1700.

Pups under 8 weeks may be reserved with a deposit (as long as pup is healthy the deposit is usually non-refundable, if we have removed it from the potential selection of other purchasers). If deposit is placed on pup and at point of shipping, purchaser prefers a pup with a different "Look' then purchaser may apply the deposit to a future litter. If, at point of receipt, pup has a health issue preventing receipt of pup for one month, or more, and seller is unable to provide purchaser with an acceptable alternative pup, purchaser may choose to apply deposit to future litter or have a refund.

Shipping is $300. Shipping includes crate, vet certificate, vet exam for flight, airfare and microchip. Pups are guaranteed against contagious illness at point of receipt. Pups are replaced if genetic illness, seriously affecting the quality of life, occurs prior to one year of age and if confirmed by our vet upon return. If puppy is purchased this application will become part of the contract.

Individuals who breed pet pups, or who fraudulently misrepresent themselves as pet purchasers, when in fact they are breeders, or individuals acting as agents for a breeder, wholesaler, importer/exporter, pet store, flea market or other enterprise will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
